We loved the place !

 

A splendid brand new villa, suberbly design by talented architect, in a wonderful and peaceful area surrounded by olive trees, with a sunset view on the sea.

4 independent rooms on first floor, where one could sleep late in the morning while others are on second floor, in the living rooms. Each room has it's own beautiful shower room and toilet, and a direct access on both sides of the house. Clever and very useful.

The dining room has huge windows on 3 of the walls so each sitted guest has it's own panorama on the surrounding nature, hills and sea. Convenient large curtains could block the sun in summer while the place shall be amazingly pleasant in every season. (A/C if needed)

Fully equipped convenient brand new kitchen which shall inspire you !

Huge sofas in the living room, with satellite tv and sound system, lovely at night, but the best place to rest in the early evening is the huge roof top (140 sq. m. ?) with a 360 degree panorama view, including the North-West view on the sea and the amazing mountain chain in Albania. A sister-villa sits quite close, on the other side of a fence, but both houses are conveniently designed by the same architect and doesn't really interact with each other. Quite a performance actually !

The pool is nested in a lovely green and wild flower surrounding, sunny all day, starting 8am. Not a huge pool but fairly large enough.

In short : we loved the place !
